I'm married with 5 children. 4 children living 1 deceased. My husband has a job but his hours were severly cut and I can't find a job anywhere. Our daughter is almost 9 months old and she has sleep apnea and has to be on a apnea monitor at night when she sleeps. When we moved in our apartment the landlord left the electric on in her name and it has to be put into our name by sept 30th and we have to come up with a manditory 400.00 deposit since we have never had electric in our name before.
